Digital products

Adventure Trails digital products provide immediate access to trail content and QR-linked pages.

Because of this:

  • Digital trails are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless the product is faulty or access cannot be provided due to a technical issue on our side.

If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing your digital trail, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Physical products

If you purchase a physical Adventure Trails booklet:

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If you change your mind after ordering, you may be responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Shipping issues

All physical products are shipped from the UK.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or factors outside our control.
